The Contemporary Collection was created gradually, configured as an ongoing collection of unique pieces, signed objects of high quality and already set in its own historical context; these are contemporary ceramics representing the most significant trends in the following fields:\n- the art of pottery\n- design and large pottery series\n- architectural ceramics\n- technological and functional innovation\n\nThe Ceramics Laboratory: Created at the end of the museum itinerary, this laboratory enables one to understand the simplest production techniques. It helps one regain long forgotten manual skills and acquire direct knowledge of the material characteristics.\nThe itinerary: For elementary, middle and high schools, the itinerary is broken down into two periods that cover the morning: the guided tour to the ceramics museum (approximately 1 hour: from 9:00 a.m. to 10:10 a.m.). Then, after the break (snack) the children go to the experimental ceramics laboratory (approximately 1\u00bd hours: 10:30 a.m. - 12:00 noon).\nAfter a review of the items on display in the Museum, the laboratory enables direct handling of the clay under the supervision of a master potter. The experience is geared to one class at a time or a group of a maximum of 20-25 people. The finished products (photo to the right) can be given to those that made them or left at the Museum to be placed on display and/or possibly used as models.\n", "type": "unstyled", "depth": 0, "inlineStyleRanges": [], "entityRanges": [], "data": {}}], "entityMap": {}}}, "7a9052f8-0ba1-43a3-860c-968cc3281c69": {"@type": "text", "text": {"blocks": [{"data": {}, "depth": 0, "entityRanges": [], "inlineStyleRanges": [], "key": "b25vi", "text": "For reservation, send an email to info@archeosistemi.it ", "type": "unstyled"}], "entityMap": {}}}, "9a93e07b-1aaf-49b4-9acb-2978fc0c98ba": {"@type": "titleVM", "align": "left", "title": "Opening hours"}, "d327fed5-6caf-4a6b-88e8-d00e88266c89": {"@type": "text", "text": {"blocks": [{"key": "lsf8", "text": "Free admission", "type": "unstyled", "depth": 0, "inlineStyleRanges": [], "entityRanges": [], "data": {}}], "entityMap": {}}}, "f942079a-0c7b-44c2-af62-e20c81eb39af": {"@type": "text", "text": {"blocks": [{"data": {}, "depth": 0, "entityRanges": [], "inlineStyleRanges": [], "key": "7u7gb", "text": "The Pottery Museum opens every Saturday and Sunday 3.00 pm - 7.00 pm.
